We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the information, and applicable legal requirements.

Upon termination of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or complying with legal obligations).

Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be reasonably linked to you may be retained indefinitely for research, analytics, and service improvement purposes.

Vezran is based in the United States. Where required by applicable law, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including:

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for transfers from the EEA.
The UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU SCCs for transfers from the United Kingdom.
Adequacy decisions, where applicable, recognizing that the destination country provides an adequate level of data protection.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible. 9. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party services.

10. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), we process your personal information based on the following legal bases:

Performance of Contract. Processing necessary to perform our contract with you, including providing the Services, managing your account, and processing payments.
Legitimate Interests. Processing necessary for our legitimate interests, including improving our Services, ensuring security, preventing fraud, and marketing our products, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

California Shine the Light. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no common understanding of how to interpret DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice (such as a banner on our website or an email to your registered address).
